Gaining flexibility requires consistent action and knowing how hard (or how slowly) to push yourself. Strive to stretch to the point that it is somewhat uncomfortable, not easy, to do the stretch. Make sure to move slowly! NEVER 'jump' into a stretch or do these exercises without properly warming up!
Over the next 6 weeks, strive to do these stretches every day for 5-6 days a week! Take progress photos at the beginning and the end of this program so you can really see your results! Remember: your results depend on you putting in the work!
